The discharge-printed design has held up beautifully through several washes, and the fabric is soft without feeling flimsy. I love that I can stuff it in my jeans pocket and it comes out looking just as good every time.
The cotton feels broken-in right out of the package, and the discharge print has a soft, vintage texture you can't fake. I've washed it twice already and the colors haven't faded a bit. It's genuinely a tiny piece of art I can stuff in my back pocket.
